Book of Evidence

EVERYONE NEEDS TO LEARN FROM THIS WORLD

A WORLD EDUCATION BOOK

The documented evidence foundation behind World Education Online and the education route developed from it.

The world is the real school.

People cannot learn from what they cannot see.

Learning begins when people learn to question.

WHAT THE BOOK OF EVIDENCE IS

Everyone Needs to Learn From This World is the 743-page Book of Evidence behind World Education Online.

It is a strict chronological record developed from over 30 years of first-hand experiences, documents, emails, public posts, videos, livestreams, court material, challenges, system interactions, responses, silence, non-refutation and repeated patterns across the world environment.

The Book of Evidence records:

  • what happened

  • when it happened

  • what was sent

  • who received it

  • what was recorded

  • what was publicly shown

  • what was challenged

  • what was answered

  • what was not answered

  • what behaviour followed

  • what repeatedly continued

The record is not based only upon later recollection or an explanation written after the events.

The record includes evidence created, sent, received, published and challenged as the events developed, alongside earlier first-hand experiences later brought into the documented chronology.

The Book of Evidence brings that material together so the sequence can be examined rather than reduced to isolated incidents, competing summaries or unsupported claims.

It is the documented evidence foundation from which the education side of the work developed.

It is not the complete World Education Online education structure.

It is not the Learn to Question framework.

It is not the complete L2Q Structured Evidence-Based Questioning System.

It is not the L2Q Questioning Toolkit.

It is the evidence record that made the repeated world visible and exposed why the structured education route was required.

WHY THE BOOK EXISTS

The Book of Evidence exists because isolated events can be dismissed, reframed, forgotten or disconnected from the behaviour that follows them.

A repeated pattern becomes visible only when the events, communications, recipients, responses, silence and later behaviour are examined together.

The Book of Evidence was created to preserve that complete relationship.

It records repeated experiences involving:

  • government

  • the law system

  • the High Court

  • lower courts

  • judges

  • police

  • MPs

  • the Ministry of Defence

  • Veterans UK

  • the NHS

  • ombudsmen

  • local council

  • education

  • schools

  • universities

  • media

  • social-media systems

  • bailiffs and debt collectors

  • solicitors

  • the Crown Prosecution Service

  • public servants

  • government-linked organisations

  • other people and institutions included in the evidence route.

The purpose is not to present each system as an isolated subject.

The purpose is to show what the complete record reveals about:

  • behaviour

  • authority

  • money

  • dependency

  • incentives

  • silence

  • fear

  • protection

  • reputation

  • institutional response

  • narratives

  • created lies

  • double standards

  • repeated patterns

The Book of Evidence shows what happens when evidence is placed directly into systems and those systems are given the opportunity to answer, correct, refute, restrict or challenge what has been shown.

It also records what happened when they did not.

THE RECORD IS CHRONOLOGICAL

Chronology is central to the Book of Evidence.

The events are placed into a dated sequence so people can examine:

  • what was known at each stage

  • who had received the information

  • what challenges had already been made

  • what evidence had already been published

  • what responses had been given

  • what remained unanswered

  • what behaviour occurred afterwards

  • whether later actions aligned with earlier claims

  • whether the same pattern continued after it had been exposed

Chronology prevents later explanations from being separated from what was already known.

It prevents recipients from being treated as though they had not seen information that had previously been sent to them.

It allows statements to be compared with later behaviour.

It allows silence to be examined in context.

It allows claims of misunderstanding, unawareness or separation to be tested against the dated record.

The importance of the Book of Evidence is therefore not only that individual events were recorded.

Its importance is that the evidence, recipients, public visibility, system entry, challenges, responses, silence, non-refutation and repeated behaviour were documented together.

WHAT THE BOOK CONTAINS

The Book of Evidence begins with:

  • key stories

  • abbreviations and definitions

  • central quotations and concepts

  • an overview of people and institutions

  • an overview of the court cases

  • an introduction to the evidence record

The main body then presents the dated sequence through evidence including:

  • emails

  • letters

  • Facebook posts

  • public challenges

  • documents

  • photographs

  • videos

  • livestreams

  • court correspondence

  • court documents

  • system responses

  • complaints

  • recipient lists

  • copied and forwarded communications

  • public statements

  • records of silence and non-response

  • later events connected to earlier evidence

The contents identify the subject route and date of each main entry.

This allows readers to follow the complete chronology or examine particular institutional and behavioural routes while keeping them connected to the wider record.

The Book of Evidence should not be reduced to one event, one court case, one institution, one disagreement or one period of the author’s life.

Its significance is in the complete evidence relationship.

THE MAIN PUBLIC EVIDENCE ROUTE

Facebook was used as the main dated public evidence route.

Dated Facebook entries showed the evidence record step by step and in real time.

Those entries created a public timeline showing:

  • what was happening

  • what had been sent

  • who had been contacted

  • what evidence had been made public

  • what challenges had been issued

  • what remained unanswered

  • what occurred afterwards

Facebook was central because the record was not only placed privately into systems.

It was also shown publicly as the sequence developed.

The evidence route was:

  • dated

  • visible

  • repeated

  • challenged

  • connected to named recipients

  • linked to documents and videos

  • incorporated into the Book of Evidence

The Book of Evidence was not created from a hidden private record that systems and recipients could not see.

The public route was part of the evidence itself.

VIDEO EVIDENCE

Video evidence supports the written chronological record.

Videos and livestreams allow behaviour, statements, encounters and system interactions to be examined directly rather than known only through written description.

YouTube and TikTok were used where relevant to publish and distribute video evidence.

The Video Evidence Library now provides the organised World Education Online route for examining relevant videos alongside the written evidence record.

The video route includes evidence connected to:

  • police interactions

  • court-related events

  • public challenges

  • statements made during the developing record

  • behaviour that can be compared with the written chronology

  • the police online investigation team’s examination of the social-media record

  • the police interview

  • other events included within the Book of Evidence

The police online investigation team put into court and provided copies of videos showing police looking through the social-media record.

This is significant because it shows that police and Government knew that the evidence was public, knew that it was being documented and knew that it would form part of the Book of Evidence.

The police interview video was also provided with the knowledge that it would be published and included within the public evidence route.

That video forms part of the record because it shows the police and Government system seeing the Book of Evidence, seeing the public acceptance challenge and producing no refutation of its contents.

THE EVIDENCE WAS SENT INTO THE SYSTEMS

The Book of Evidence does not rely only upon material being published where the relevant systems might never have seen it.

Documents, emails, books, evidence and challenges were sent directly into the systems and to the people included in the record.

Recipients included Government departments, public servants, courts, police, councils, schools, education-related recipients, MPs, media recipients and other organisations and individuals shown within the chronology.

Emails were copied to multiple recipients so the evidence route was not dependent upon one person or one organisation.

Recipients were given the opportunity to:

  • answer

  • correct

  • refute

  • challenge

  • restrict

  • investigate

  • act

  • explain

  • identify what was inaccurate

  • stop the repeated patterns shown from continuing

The record preserves what happened after those opportunities were provided.

The evidence route therefore includes more than what the author said.

It includes:

  • what recipients were shown

  • what recipients knew

  • what recipients did

  • what recipients did not do

  • what they answered

  • what they did not answer

  • whether they corrected or refuted the evidence

  • what behaviour followed after notice had been given

PUBLIC CHALLENGE

The contents of the evidence record were not only distributed.

They were openly challenged.

The challenge was made publicly so Government, police, courts and the other systems shown within the record could not reasonably treat the evidence as a private allegation that had never been placed before them.

The Book of Evidence and its developing contents were:

  • sent

  • published

  • displayed

  • entered into system and court routes

  • referred to in communications

  • placed before named recipients

  • connected to public posts and videos

  • repeatedly challenged

The public nature of the challenge matters because the opportunity to answer or refute was visible.

Silence did not occur without notice.

Non-refutation did not occur without the evidence being identified.

The challenge made clear what continued silence would mean within the stated acquiescence route.

ACCEPTANCE, ACQUIESCENCE AND NON-REFUTATION

The Book of Evidence states publicly:

All information has been accepted by Government.

That statement forms part of the evidence framing on the book itself.

It was not hidden inside the book.

It was placed publicly on the cover and shown repeatedly through the public evidence route.

Government and police saw the Book of Evidence, saw the public acceptance statement on the cover and saw the contents being challenged.

Other recipients identified within the chronology were sent or shown the relevant evidence, documents, communications and challenges through the documented evidence route.

The use of the word accepted does not mean that Government endorsed, approved or supported the work.

Those would be different claims.

Acceptance refers to the documented route through which:

  • the contents were placed before Government and its systems

  • the evidence entered the High Court and wider law-system route

  • the contents were publicly challenged

  • the recipients had the opportunity to answer and refute them

  • acquiescence was used as the challenge in their law to the seriousness of the events and contents shown

  • the stated consequence of continued silence and non-refutation was made clear

  • no refutation of the Book of Evidence was produced.

The evidence record therefore uses acceptance within the documented route in which acquiescence was used as the challenge in their law and no refutation was produced.

It must not be weakened or inaccurately replaced with wording such as “reviewed,” “considered,” “endorsed” or “approved.”

The documented claim is acceptance through the stated evidence, acquiescence and non-refutation route.

THE HIGH COURT AND LAW-SYSTEM ROUTE

The Book of Evidence did not remain outside the law system.

Its contents, earlier evidence books and related documents were placed into the High Court and wider court evidence route.

The chronology records:

  • the High Court case

  • court applications

  • hearing communications

  • evidence bundles

  • correspondence with court staff and judges

  • the evidence sent before and after hearings

  • the acquiescence challenges

  • the public evidence surrounding the proceedings

  • Government and police visibility

  • later lower-court and police-related events

The evidence route included the author’s booklet The Governments Are Teaching the World!, which the Book of Evidence identifies as accepted or acquiesced in through the High Court route.

The later Book of Evidence incorporated and extended that documented record.

Acquiescence was used as the challenge in their law to the seriousness of the events and contents shown.

No refutation was produced under that challenge.

After the documented sequence, the court proceedings ended with Government intervention and everything against the author being dropped.

The Book of Evidence records this sequence as part of the acceptance route behind the work.

GOVERNMENT, POLICE, COUNCIL AND EDUCATION VISIBILITY

The evidence route includes more than central Government and the courts.

It records visibility through:

  • police

  • Government departments

  • Government servants

  • Plymouth City Council

  • education-related recipients

  • schools

  • additional copied recipients

  • public and institutional routes

Council correspondence, school-related material, emails and education-facing evidence were included within the same developing record.

They were not created separately from the Book of Evidence foundation.

The recipients had the opportunity to refute, correct, answer, restrict or challenge what had been shown.

The significance is not that every recipient performed the same role.

The significance is that the evidence trail shows who was included, what they were shown, when they were shown it and what happened afterwards.

THE COVER FORMS PART OF THE EVIDENCE RECORD

The Book of Evidence cover does more than identify the book.

It publicly frames:

  • the Government acceptance statement

  • the World Education purpose

  • the systems being questioned

  • the not-for-profit basis of the work

  • the relationship between questioning and learning

The systems named through the cover and wider record include major Government, law, police, court, education, media, health, military, council and public-service routes.

The public cover made the central claims visible before the book was distributed further.

Recipients could see what was being claimed.

They could see that the material was being presented as accepted.

They could see that the purpose was World Education.

They could see that the work was not being created as a private money route.

They could see the statement that learning begins when people learn to question.

The book cover therefore forms part of the public notice and evidence framing.

NOT FOR PROFIT

The Book of Evidence is presented as not for profit.

The purpose of the work was not to create a money mechanism from the evidence.

The purpose was to preserve what happened and develop an education route from what the evidence exposed.

This matters because money, dependency and incentive are themselves central mechanisms examined throughout the work.

The evidence asks what people, organisations and systems:

  • gain

  • protect

  • depend upon

  • are paid to do

  • fear losing

  • remain silent about

  • continue because their position depends upon it

The Book of Evidence must therefore be understood as the foundation of an education route, not as a commercial evidence product.

WHAT THE EVIDENCE EXPOSED

The Book of Evidence did not only document events.

It exposed repeated relationships.

It exposed what continued after evidence was provided.

It exposed what was protected.

It exposed what remained unanswered.

It exposed what silence allowed to continue.

It exposed how money and dependency influence behaviour.

It exposed how authority can be used instead of evidence.

It exposed how systems can repeat each other’s behaviour while claiming separation.

It exposed how institutional roles, reputation and protection can take priority over correction.

It exposed how narratives can continue when behaviour contradicts them.

It exposed how different standards are applied to different people.

It exposed how created lies become protected through repetition, authority, silence and dependency.

It exposed the relationship between what humanity learns from and what humanity repeatedly becomes.

Most importantly, it exposed a contradiction.

Information already existed.

Questioning already existed.

Evidence already existed.

Education already existed.

Yet the same repeated world continued.

The Book of Evidence made clear that recording information and asking questions had not been enough to stop repetition.

The missing route was learning how to question, see, understand and learn from the world environment itself through a structured evidence-based education route.

THE BOOK OF EVIDENCE IS THE FOUNDATION — NOT THE ENDPOINT

The Book of Evidence is the foundation of the education work.

It is not the endpoint.

The purpose was never only to preserve a record of wrongdoing, contradiction or repeated institutional behaviour.

The purpose became learning from what the record exposed.

The evidence developed into:

  • World Education Online

  • the Learn to Question framework

  • the L2Q Questioning Toolkit

  • the complete L2Q Structured Evidence-Based Questioning System

  • Question to Learn

  • Q2L materials

  • Young Questioners

  • the World Education Online Guidebook

  • The Human Advancement Solution

  • Human Advancement as the direct outcome of the L2Q Questioning System

The evidence made the repeated world visible.

The education route was developed so people could learn from it.

HOW THE COMPLETE ROUTE CONNECTS

  3. Incentive and Gain

  4. Character and Consistency

  5. Permission to Question

  6. Emotional Influence

  7. Narrative and Reality

  8. Psychological Impact

  9. Apply the Same Everywhere

THE L2Q QUESTIONING TOOLKIT

The L2Q Questioning Toolkit provides the structured method for applying the complete route.

QUESTION TO LEARN

Question to Learn provides the movement and resource route for applying and sharing official L2Q-based questioning materials responsibly.

YOUNG QUESTIONERS

Young Questioners provides the safeguarded child-facing direction within Q2L, developed from the L2Q framework.

HUMAN ADVANCEMENT

Human Advancement is the direct outcome of the L2Q Questioning System.

The Book of Evidence made the repeated world visible.

The L2Q Questioning System provides the missing route for learning from it.

THE BOOK OF EVIDENCE AND THE HUMAN ADVANCEMENT SOLUTION

The two books perform different but connected functions.

EVERYONE NEEDS TO LEARN FROM THIS WORLD

The Book of Evidence provides the documented chronological foundation.

It records what happened, who was shown, what was challenged, what was answered, what was not answered and what repeatedly continued.

THE HUMAN ADVANCEMENT SOLUTION

The Human Advancement Solution — The L2Q Questioning System Is the Missing Education Route provides the complete current nine-section L2Q Structured Evidence-Based Questioning System developed from what the Book of Evidence exposed.

The Book of Evidence makes the repeated world visible.

The Human Advancement Solution provides the structured education route for learning from it.

The first establishes the documented foundation.

The second provides the complete system developed from that foundation.

DO NOT ACCEPT THE BOOK WITHOUT QUESTIONING IT

The Book of Evidence does not ask people to accept its contents without examination.

The same evidence and questioning standard applies here.

Readers should question:

  • the Book of Evidence

  • the documents

  • the posts

  • the videos

  • the communications

  • the recipients

  • the responses

  • the silence

  • the acceptance framing

  • the acquiescence route

  • the behaviour of the systems shown

  • the behaviour and conclusions of the author

  • their own assumptions and reactions

The purpose is not belief.

The purpose is examination.

The purpose is not to replace one protected narrative with another.

The purpose is to make the complete record available so people can question what it shows and learn from it.

HOW TO EXAMINE THE BOOK OF EVIDENCE

SOURCE AND ORIGIN

Ask:

  • Where did each item come from?

  • Who created it?

  • When was it created?

  • Was it produced at the time of the event?

  • What earlier event or communication led to it?

  • Is the original source available?

  • Has anything been removed from its context?

EVIDENCE STANDARD

Ask:

  • What does the evidence actually support?

  • Can the document, post or video be examined?

  • Is a claim supported by the record?

  • Does later behaviour align with what was stated?

  • Is anything missing, contradicted or unanswered?

  • What would refute the claim?

INCENTIVE AND GAIN

Ask:

  • Who benefited from the behaviour continuing?

  • What money, role, employment, reputation or authority was protected?

  • What could a person or institution lose by answering?

  • What incentive existed to remain silent?

  • What dependency influenced the response?

CHARACTER AND CONSISTENCY

Ask:

  • Did actions align with words?

  • Was the same behaviour repeated?

  • Did the response change after evidence was provided?

  • Were different standards used?

  • What pattern becomes visible across time?

PERMISSION TO QUESTION

Ask:

  • Were the questions answered?

  • Was questioning ignored, redirected, restricted or punished?

  • Was authority used instead of evidence?

  • What remained protected because questions were not answered?

  • What happened to the person asking?

EMOTIONAL INFLUENCE

Ask:

  • What fear, anger, loyalty, status or reputation influenced the response?

  • Did emotional framing replace examination?

  • Was the author dismissed through emotional labelling rather than evidence?

  • Would the claim remain convincing without the emotional presentation?

NARRATIVE AND REALITY

Ask:

  • What narrative did each system present?

  • What does the documented behaviour show?

  • Does the public explanation match the chronological record?

  • What was included or excluded from the narrative?

  • Does reality support what was claimed?

PSYCHOLOGICAL IMPACT

Ask:

  • What did the repeated events and responses do to the human mind?

  • What effect did silence, denial, conflict and repetition create?

  • What happens when people repeatedly encounter systems that do not answer evidence?

  • What world perception is produced?

  • What effect does the wider environment have upon children and adults?

APPLY THE SAME EVERYWHERE

Ask:

  • Is the same evidence standard being applied to the author and the systems?

  • Is one side being believed because of its title or authority?

  • Is one side being rejected because it lacks institutional status?

  • Are the author’s claims being examined as rigorously as the institutions’ claims?

  • Are the same standards being applied to the reader’s own beliefs?

  • What is being protected from examination?

THE SAME STANDARD APPLIES TO EVERYONE

The Book of Evidence must not be protected from questioning.

The author must not be protected from questioning.

Government must not be protected from questioning.

Police must not be protected from questioning.

Courts and judges must not be protected from questioning.

Councils, schools, media, health systems and other institutions must not be protected from questioning.

Titles are not evidence.

Authority is not evidence.

Silence is not evidence of truth.

Within the Book of Evidence, silence is examined as part of the documented route of notice, public challenge, opportunity to answer or refute, acquiescence, non-refutation and the behaviour that followed.

Repetition is not evidence of truth.

A public statement is not evidence by itself.

A document is not automatically evidence of every claim made about it.

Evidence must be examined.

Behaviour must be examined.

Chronology must be examined.

Contradictions must be examined.

The same standard must be applied everywhere.

HOW TO BEGIN

The Book of Evidence is extensive because it preserves the complete record.

Begin with:

1 — KEY STORIES, ABBREVIATIONS AND DEFINITIONS

Use the opening key stories, abbreviations and definitions to understand the main evidence routes and the institutional areas identified throughout the chronology.

2 — CENTRAL QUOTES AND CONCEPTS

Read the central concepts to understand the principles repeatedly applied through the record.

3 — OVERVIEW OF PEOPLE AND INSTITUTIONS

Use the overview to identify the principal recipients, systems and organisations connected to the evidence.

4 — OVERVIEW OF THE COURT CASES

Understand how the evidence entered the High Court and wider law-system routes.

5 — INTRODUCTION

Read the author’s explanation of the purpose, development and intended use of the evidence record.

6 — FOLLOW THE CHRONOLOGY

Read the dated entries in order so earlier notice, later responses and repeated behaviour remain connected.

7 — CROSS-REFERENCE THE VIDEO EVIDENCE

Where a video or livestream is identified, use the Video Evidence Library or official public route to examine the relevant evidence directly.

8 — USE THE L2Q QUESTIONING TOOLKIT

Apply all nine sections.

Do not select only the questions that confirm what you already believe.

Apply the same standard to the Book of Evidence, the institutions, the author and yourself.

READ, EXAMINE, DOWNLOAD AND SHARE

The complete Book of Evidence is available through World Education Online as the official documented foundation behind the work.

It can be:

  • read

  • examined

  • downloaded

  • cross-referenced with the video record

  • shared

  • used for educational purposes

The official evidence record must not be altered, selectively rewritten or presented in a way that changes its meaning or chronology.

Extracts should remain connected to their source, date and wider sequence.

The Book of Evidence should be accessed through the official route so readers can locate the current complete file, related videos and the education materials developed from it.

WHY EVERYONE NEEDS TO LEARN FROM THIS WORLD

Everyone lives within the same world environment.

Everyone learns from it.

Everyone is influenced by it.

Everyone contributes to it.

Everyone helps shape what future generations inherit.

The Book of Evidence is not important only because of what happened to one person.

It is important because the record exposes relationships that operate through people, systems and society.

It shows how behaviour is shaped.

It shows how systems respond.

It shows what money and dependency protect.

It shows how silence operates.

It shows how authority can replace evidence.

It shows how narratives survive contradiction.

It shows how created lies continue.

It shows why repeated patterns remain.

It shows what the world environment teaches when people are not given the structured route for learning from it.

The purpose is not to remain inside the evidence forever.

The purpose is to learn from it.

THE PURPOSE OF THE BOOK OF EVIDENCE

The Book of Evidence exists to make the documented evidence record visible and examinable.

It preserves what was sent.

It preserves what was received.

It preserves what was recorded.

It preserves what was seen.

It preserves what was challenged.

It preserves what was answered.

It preserves what was not answered.

It preserves what behaviour followed.

It preserves what repeatedly continued.

It shows what the world environment repeatedly produced.

It shows what the existing education route had failed to teach people to question and understand.

It provides the documented foundation from which World Education Online and the complete L2Q education route developed.

The evidence is the foundation.

Learning is the purpose.

Understanding is the route forward.

Independent thinking is the development.

Human Advancement is the objective.

READ THE RECORD

Question it.

Examine its sources.

Examine its chronology.

Examine the evidence.

Examine the recipients.

Examine the responses.

Examine the silence.

Examine the behaviour that followed.

Cross-reference the video evidence.

Use the L2Q Questioning Toolkit.

Apply the same standard everywhere.

Learn from what the world repeatedly shows.

LEARN TO QUESTION. QUESTION TO LEARN.

The world is the real school.

People cannot learn from what they cannot see.

Question.

See.

Understand.

Learn.

Develop independent thinking.

The objective is Human Advancement.

"For the first time, the real world environment is documented in full view. Without exposure, there can be no examination. Without examination, there can be no learning. And without learning from reality, behaviour will continue repeating the same patterns while expecting different outcomes."
